Provide job placement and assistance to applicants. Work with area employers to find and develop a skilled labor force. Provides direct job placement, career counseling, job skills workshops, employer proficiency testing, computerized job information system and resume preparation, labor market information, and administration of the unemployment insurance program.
Provides training for childcare providers, a lending library of educational toys, books, videos and baby supplies, and referrals about child care options
