Intake, Probation and Aftercare of Juvenile Offenders. Provides supervision, detention and a wide-range of treatment and educational services for youths referred to the Department by Juvenile Court and delinquency prevention services (for at-risk youths through collaborative efforts with other public, private and community entities).
Providing free legal services to those with low incomes including: Civil cases, wills for elderly, tenant affairs, domestic violence, bankruptcy, guardianship, child custody, social Security for kids under 18, consumer matters, some divorce cases, healthcare public benefits, probate matters
